Luna Lotus ships all orders by US Mail or UPS. Flat rate ground shipping is $5.00 on all U.S. orders under $100. FREE SHIPPING applies to all purchases of $100 or more (including Canada). *Orders under $100 to Canada will be charged $10.00 flat rate ground shipping, due to higher cost of out of country shipping charges. *Yoga Mats included in an order will be charged a $10.00 flat rate ground shipping for all U.S. orders and a $15.00 flat rate ground shipping for all Canada orders, due to oversized package & weight. Shipping applies to U.S. and Canada orders only. Most items are shipped within 2-3 days of placing your order. Returns
We guarantee all of our merchandise. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority.
You may exchange, replace, or return for credit to your account any merchandise within 30 days of purchase, less shipping costs. Returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in good condition with original packaging and tags attached. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Exceptions: Worn or washed clothing, used or unpackaged products and special orders are non-returnable. All returned merchandise must be carefully packaged and will be subject to charge if not in saleable condition. No returns on books.
